Frequently Asked Questions

Do you ship outside the UK?

Currently we only ship within the UK. We’re working on expanding delivery options — sign up to our newsletter to be the first to know when we ship internationally.

What sizes do you offer?

We offer UK sizes 36–44 across all jackets and trousers. For jackets, this corresponds to chest sizes 36–45 inches. For trousers, this corresponds to waist sizes 34–43 inches. See our Size Guide on any product page for the exact measurements.

How does the 7-day return policy work?

If you’re not happy with your order, return it within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and in original packaging with armour inserts intact. Email support@otozas.com with your order number and we’ll arrange the return. Refunds are issued within 5 working days of receiving the returned item.

Is the armour CE certified?

Yes. All Otozas products carry CE Level 1 armour at the shoulders and elbows as standard. Our Storm Jacket and Urban Trousers carry CE Level 2, which offers higher impact absorption. CE certification means the armour has been independently tested against European safety standards — it’s a legal requirement for gear sold as protective equipment in the UK.

How long does delivery take?

UK standard delivery takes 2-3 working days and is free on orders over £75. Orders under £75 are charged at £4.99. All orders are tracked — you’ll receive a tracking link by email once dispatched.

What if my item doesn't fit?

Return it within 7 days using our standard returns process and we’ll exchange it for a different size. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your size is out of stock, you’ll receive a full refund.
