Otozas is a UK-based motorcycle gear brand. We make 500D Cordura jackets and trousers for real riders.
HOW IT STARTED
Decent Cordura gear shouldn't cost £400.
We spent years riding in gear that was either overpriced premium-brand kit or thin budget mesh that soaked through in a British winter. Neither worked. So we built something in between — genuine 500D Cordura, real CE-certified armour at the shoulders and elbows, and proper waterproofing. No inflated brand markup, no compromises on protection. Just gear that works on a wet November commute.
HOW WE TEST
Every jacket rides before it ships.
We test on real commutes — city traffic in Leeds, motorway miles on the M1, country roads in October rain. If a seam leaks or a zip catches under gloves, it doesn’t ship. Simple as that.
